1Lathe machining
EROCARB has several CNC lathes of different sizes to ensure in-house production of the majority of our products. The machines are regularly renewed to maintain excellent manufacturing quality and benefit from the latest production technologies.
2Mill machining
The EROCARB workshop has several CNC milling machines with 4 to 5 simultaneous axes. They are equipped with modern, high-performance tools for machining all types of materials, including particularly tough nickel alloys.
3Grinding
Part precision is a key factor in crosshead machining. Most parts are therefore grinded to obtain an optimum finish. Whether flat, cylindrical or conical, EROCARB has the right machine for the job.
4Assembling
Each part is carefully assembled in our workshop. A final quality check is also carried out before each delivery.
5EDM
For many years now, EROCARB has been equipped with EDM machines enabling it to machine the most difficult and precise shapes, or to work parts even after heat or surface treatment.

EROCARB’s staff are always happy to answer all your questions, whether by telephone, e-mail, fax or during your visits.
9Technical office
Our engineers use state-of-the-art, high-performance tools. Their daily work includes 3D design and the production of technical drawings. The technical office is also dedicated to routine tasks such as numerical simulation and high-precision measurements.
10Company archive
EROCARB retains all manufacturing drawings. This ensures that parts are tracked throughout their life cycle. It’s not unusual to pick up a drawing that’s decades old.
